This past week I was given the task of creating two beautiful cakes in 4 days. Somehow I pulled this off.. so I have to give myself some credit for that... now I have to finish a certain painting before christmas.... yikes!
This first cake is special because it's for my friend Cath's brother who came home, Joe is part of the USN, and Cath wanted to celebrate his home coming with a special patriotic cake.
This was a vanilla cake with cherry vanilla icing.
Next we have Neece's birthday cake!
Neece's cake is red velvet with cream cheese icing.
Welcome home Joe! and Happy Birthday Neece!!!!!!
and Merry Christmas, and happy holidays to all!!!!!!
Welcome to Beachy Cakes, I am 24 years old and self taught at making the lovely cakes that are shown on this blog. I created this so I could display photos of my cakes, and artwork so I could get my name out there. I want to eventually own my very own cake shop, or some other business involving being creative. If you live near or in South Jersey and you want a sweet cake feel free to email me at BeachyCakes.ab@gmail.com. Pricing varies. Enjoy!

Cupcakes to be Thankful for
These cupcakes are long overdue!!!! They were order by a family friend to help them celebrate Thanksgiving!!!!!
I had a little inspiration for these cupcakes when looking out an upstairs window...
Believe it or not these bad boys travel all over my neighborhood, and their pack seems to grow larger every time i see them..
Anyway, on to the cupcakes!
These cute and yummy cupcakes are made with vanilla and devils food cake, and vanilla and chocolate peanut butter icing.

Phanatic & Purse cake!
Last week I made my first ever purse cake. My friend Jess' older sister Meghan turned 30, and she is very girly, so Jess sent along a photo of a coach purse and a shiny gold Jessica Simpson shoe, both of which she wanted incorporated with the cake. And this is what I came up with:
The cake was vanilla and chocolate every other layer, and the icing was Chocolate buttercream.
Next my good friend Jenna asked me to do a cake for her cousin Matthew's benefit for ALD. They have been raising money over the past few years for Matthew's Dream. So last sunday we all went out to the bowling alley and raised some money for Matthew!
This cake was chocolate with chocolate buttercream icing.
Happy Birthday Meghan!!!!!
