Nurse cake

This week I was asked by a good friend to make her mom's birthday cake. Her mom is a nurse and everyday she wears her purple stethoscope, and a breast cancer ribbon pin. So I incorporated those two things into the idea for her cake. The cake is chocolate, and the icing is vanilla buttercream.
