Sonic The Hedgehog

This week I worked on a cake for a highschool friend's fiance. She wanted to give him a grooms cake at the rehearsal dinner that would take him back to the good ole days. SO we went with a Sonic the hedgehog cake. The cake flavor is vanilla, and the filler is a delicious canoli cream. Congratulations to Alison and Ken on their wedding day this past Sunday!

Golf Cake #3

This week I worked on a golf cake for a friends coworker. Golf cakes are becoming pretttttty popular apparently! I had fun with this one as I do all my cakes. The Cake was lemon cake with a raspberry filling. Yum yum. Happy Birthday! More cakes coming soon!

Cheetah Print 21st Birthday Cake

This week I had the pleasure of making a three tiered Pink and black cheetah print 21st birthday cake. The top tier was Chocolate and Vanilla cake with oreo icing, the middle tier plain vanilla, and the bottom tier was chocolate cake with chocolate peanut butter icing. More to come next week!

12th green at Augusta

This past week I worked on a cake for my friend Drew--- **a third time customer!!** His dad's birthday was coming up so he wanted to have something special for him, and his Dad loves golfing. So what better way to celebrate a birthday then with a golf cake! For inspiration Drew sent me photos of the 12th green at Augusta, so I did sort of an arial side view style for the cake. He has his dad with him at pick-up time and instantly his Dad recognized the green. Always a great feeling for an artist when people know what they are looking at. The cake was vanilla chocolate chip with chocolate icing. I can't wait for the next Hoffman celebration, thank you Drew so much for loving my work, and cake!

Ursinus Swimming Cake

This past week I was working on a cake for the Ursinus College Swim Coach's birthday. My two good friends from college asked me for this cake for their coach because they were doing an alumni/birthday party and wanted something special. The cake itself is split down the middle vanilla and chocolate, and had an oreo vanilla buttercream icing. Happy Birthday Coach!
