Welcome to Beachy Cakes, I am 24 years old and self taught at making the lovely cakes that are shown on this blog. I created this so I could display photos of my cakes, and artwork so I could get my name out there. I want to eventually own my very own cake shop, or some other business involving being creative. If you live near or in South Jersey and you want a sweet cake feel free to email me at BeachyCakes.ab@gmail.com. Pricing varies. Enjoy!

Capitals & Golf themed Cakes
Last week I was busy in the kitchen baking away. My boyfriends coworker Lindsey, who i made a cake for awhile ago as a surprise for her surprise bridal shower at work, needed two cakes for her husband and her father's birthdays. Her husband is a big Capitals fan, so we went with different capitals logos and the colors red white and blue. As a big flyers fan it was hard to make this cake covered with caps logos (j/k =) ) For her fathers cake she asked me to make a golfing themed cake, and to try to make a little golfer that somewhat resembled her dad.
The Capitals cake was funfetti with oreo icing, and the golfing cake was triple chocolate fudge with chocolate peanut butter icing.
Happy Birthday Guys!

Elmo Cakes
Last week my nephew turned 1! SO of course he needed his very own cake to smash, and a cake for everyone else to enjoy! Elmo turned out a little fatter than anticipated, but I hear he's on a diet..
The Big cake was funfetti and white cake with a Cookies and cream icing.
Happy 1st Birthday Boo!
Chuck Taylors & Sweet SIxteens
Right before I went on vacation with my boyfriend I had a friend from college ask me to make her cousins Sweet 16th birthday cake. She gave me a few things to work with, she loves cupcakes, chuck taylors, 1 direction, and forever 21. And her favorite colors, light purple, dark blue, and green.
Here's what I came up with.
Happy 16th Alyssa!
